Wine Class and Tasting - Bubbly and Beyond

Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, Crémant, Franciacorta, Lambrusco, Sekt, Spumante, Asti Spumante, Pet-Nat (Pétillant Naturel), Frizzante. What do all of these things have in common! They are all different kinds of sparkling wine! Our first bubble class was such a hit that we are hosting a second! Seats are limited. Call your pals and get yours now!

In this structured wine class guests will:

Learn about how sparkling wine is made with an in-class demonstration.

Learn about the predominate and indigenous grape(s), and how they are produced, bottled and labeled differently.

Taste through 6-9 different styles of sparkling wine.

Learn how to taste wine like a pro. Have a lot of fun.

The Bighorn will be closed to the public during our class time. Class is limited to the first 25 people.
